Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 · Arc Electrical Solutions LLC, doing business as Yukzo ("Yukzo", "we")
Draft for legal review before launch.
Yukzo is a mobile app where you play short games, make your own games with AI, and share them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@yukzo.com.
What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Phone number | To create your account and keep it to one account per person (a text message code verifies it). It isn't shown to other players. |
| Profile: display name and emoji | Shown on leaderboards and on games you make. |
| Games and edits you make: your prompts, the generated games, titles and art | To build and publish your games. Published games are public in the feed. |
| Gameplay activity: games played, scores, levels, likes and dislikes, saves, shares, skips, time played | To run leaderboards and creator rewards, rank the feed, and improve the games Yukzo makes. |
| Credits and purchases: credit balance and history, subscription status | To run credits and Premium. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details. |
| Device and diagnostic data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs | To keep the app working and fix bugs. |
| Advertising identifiers (free players only) | To show ads and measure them. On iPhone we only use your advertising identifier if you allow tracking; in the EU/UK we ask for consent first. |
We don't collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone or camera data. Playing friends nearby uses a code or QR code, not your location.
AI processing
When you make or edit a game, your prompt and the game's code are sent to our AI service providers to generate and check the game. We send only what's needed for that request, not your phone number. Our providers process this data on our behalf and may not use it to train their models.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that run Yukzo for us: hosting and database, text-message verification, AI generation, crash reporting and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) for free players, as described above.
- Apple and Google for purchases and subscriptions.
- Other players see your display name, emoji, games you publish, and leaderboard scores.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect players and the service.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your phone number, profile, credits and activity within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, purchase records). Games you published may stay in the feed without your name, because other players may have made versions of them.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete account) or at yukzo.com/delete-account.
- Ads: turn off ad tracking in your phone's settings, or go Premium for no ads.
- Access or correct your data: email us. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to some processing. We'll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Yukzo is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and account safe.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
