Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026 · Arc Electrical Solutions LLC, doing business as Yukzo
Draft for legal review before launch.
These terms are an agreement between you and Arc Electrical Solutions LLC, doing business as Yukzo ("Yukzo", "we"). By using the Yukzo app or website you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Yukzo.
1. Who can use Yukzo
You must be at least 13, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms (or have a parent or guardian agree). One account per person, verified by phone number. You're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Games you make
Yukzo lets you describe a game and have AI build it, and edit or remix games in the feed. You own your prompts. To run Yukzo you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show, distribute, adapt and let other players play, edit and remix games you publish, for as long as they're on Yukzo. Other players' versions of your game are credited to them and linked to yours.
AI output can be unpredictable and may resemble other content. Don't ask Yukzo to copy other people's characters, brands or games, and don't publish anything you don't have the right to share.
3. Rules
Don't make or share anything that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent toward real people, illegal, or that targets a real private person. Don't cheat, farm credits with multiple accounts or bots, attack the service, or try to break out of the game sandbox. We may review, remove or limit content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report a game or player from the game's menu.
4. Credits
Making, editing and remixing games uses credits. You get credits when you join, by playing, from creator rewards, from Premium, or by buying them. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only used in Yukzo. If making a game fails, the credits are returned automatically. We may change how many credits things cost or how they're earned; we won't take away credits you bought. Earned (non-purchased) credits may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
5. Premium and purchases
Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically through Apple or Google until you cancel in your phone's subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Premium's weekly credits carry over for up to two weeks.
6. Ads
Free players see ads between games. Some ads are optional and give credits for watching.
7. Our rights
Yukzo, its app, design, mascot Yuk and built-in games belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. We may change or stop features at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Yukzo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). Unused credits are lost when you delete your account.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
11. Apple
If you got Yukzo from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and isn't responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
